Meshae's Creationz is a handmade gifts, party favors, and decor business based in Willingboro, New Jersey. You can reach us at melonisewebb73@gmail.com.

Adding an item to your cart and paying places an order — it does not, by itself, form a contract. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. If we cannot fulfill an order (an item sells out, a personalization isn't something we can make, or the timeline doesn't work), we will contact you and refund you in full.

Prices and availability shown in the shop are calculated on our server at checkout. If a price is listed in obvious error, we may cancel and refund rather than fulfill it.

Custom orders start with an inquiry through the custom order form. We quote the price and timeline in writing before any work begins, and work starts once you approve the quote and pay.

Handmade items vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photos on this site — colors, grain, and finish are never identical twice. That variation is a feature of handmade work, not a defect.

Please check personalization spelling carefully. Once a personalized item is in production we generally cannot change or remake it without charging again.

If your order is for a specific date, tell us before you order so we can confirm we can make it. Lead times shown on made-to-order items are estimates from the day the order is accepted, not guarantees, and they do not include shipping time.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes the package. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will help you chase a lost or delayed parcel.

Local pickup in the Willingboro, New Jersey area can be arranged — contact us to set it up.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept the cards Stripe supports. Your card statement will show Meshae's Creationz. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you enter.

Returns and cancellations are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

When you send us a photo, logo, or design for a custom piece, you confirm you have the right to use it, and you give us permission to use it to make your order. We may photograph finished work and share it in our gallery or on social media — tell us if you would rather we didn't, and we won't.

The photos, text, and designs on this site belong to us. Please don't reuse them without asking.

Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
