We only collect what we need to take your order and talk to you about it:

• Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number when you place an order or send us an inquiry.
• Order details — what you bought, any personalization text you gave us, and your shipping address.
• Custom order details — the event type and date, quantities, budget, and any photos or documents you attach to an inquiry.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

To fulfill your order, to email you a receipt and updates, to answer your questions, and to keep our own business records. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Only the services that make the store work:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are governed by their privacy policy.
• Resend — sends your order confirmations and our replies.
• Vercel — hosts this website, stores files you upload with a custom order inquiry, and provides page-view analytics.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not transfer your data anywhere else.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We keep a small cookie so your cart survives a page refresh, and our analytics are cookieless — they count page views without identifying you or following you across other websites.

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for our business and tax records. Inquiries and any files you attach are kept while we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Email us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can unsubscribe from any non-essential email using the link in it — we will still send transactional messages about an order you placed.

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
